I just wanted to get a few things straight...
I don't need any other patches/mods than the 1.0.2.1 update, correct? (And OFC the CTS mod, but I've got that ^_^)
I also am unsure how to send my truck to a .car file... I will be working on my car tonight, and hopefully have it done by morning...
I am new to a league like this, so is there anything else I should know?
Can't wait to get onto the track!

You need to know what vent server we use when we race, which I will post below. 8) You also need to know the sierra server, which I can also post below. However the most important thing you need to know is that we want you to have fun when you race, and don't leave ticked off!
As for the .car file, if you have the file in a .tga right now it is rather simple to do. Copy and paste the .tga file of the car/truck into your imports/exports folder in the game folder. Then go into the game, under whatever mod you are trying to make a car file for. Then go to opponent manager. When this screen comes up on the right click new, then type a name for your car file (WaylonVidane08 would work) and then pick the make of your car/truck. Then hit ok. Once that is done click on the button down in the bottom right that says import, then select the .tga of your car/truck, and hit ok. If you have a pit crew for it then you also need to put that .tga in the imports/exports folder. Then in the opponent manager once you have finished the car there is a tab on the right that says pit crew. Click on it and import the pit crew file. Then your set. Hope this helps!!! :D

Alright, I entered the VRL server, but when I went to enter the ventrillo, it didn't have a place to put the port number... What should I do about this? (Sorry if I'm asking dumb questions, but I'm still new to this so just call me a n00b and don't worry about it ^_^)

Once you have it downloaded from there (get the Windows Client), you can click the Ventrilo head on the Vidane.com homepage. We use it to communicate during the race -- I'm assuming you have a headset or a mic.

One last question and then I'll STFU... I downloaded the car set, but there was not roster list with it... Do I have to make the roster manually, or is there a list that I can put in the CTS car folder and have the roster?

You'll have to make your own roster in Opponent Manager, but it's not necessary to race online. Some people, myself included, test offline with Vidane AI cars. That's really all you'd need the roster for.
